We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate service availability and fit, prepare a care plan or quote, communicate about a requested or confirmed booking, provide services, and maintain appropriate business records.
Form processing and sharing
Website requests are processed through FormSubmit, a third-party form provider, and delivered by email. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. We may also share information with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website or business, comply with law, protect safety, or address a legal claim. We do not sell your personal information.
Website security and cookies
FormSubmit uses reCAPTCHA to help protect the request form from spam and abuse. When you submit the form, reCAPTCHA may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and may use necessary security cookies for risk analysis. Paw & Porch does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Necessary website or security technologies may still be used to operate and protect the site and request form.
Sensitive information
Do not submit door codes, alarm codes, payment information, veterinary records, or other sensitive information through the website form. If your request is accepted, necessary access and care details will be collected separately.
Retention and security
In addition to FormSubmit's temporary retention described above, Paw & Porch keeps inquiry and service information only as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to a small service business.
Your choices
